Returns Policy

Serotonin Street Returns Policy

Returns can be made for a refund, exchange or store credit provided the returned item meets the following criteria: 

• Your item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item is in saleable condition, that it is unworn or unused with all original packaging and tags attached. 
• You have correctly followed the returns process and included a printed copy of our Returns Slip in your returns parcel.

 

RETURN / EXCHANGE STEPS:  

1. Check that your item meets the Return criteria 

• Item is returned within 7 days of receiving your order 
• Item is unworn, unwashed and not damaged
• Original tags are attached 

2. Package up the item that you wish to send back to us (we recommend using the original packaging)

3. Print and fill out this Returns Slip HERE

4. Post the order back to us at Serotonin Street 

Once you have posted your order back, send us an email (serotoninstreet@gmail.com) with your Order Number and Tracking Number. 

Failure to follow these steps correctly will ensure that your return or exchange is not processed and your item will be returned back to you.
